About half a year later, when the co-founder of Genesis, Volodymyr Mnololetny, did his first Ironman 70.3 (half of the “iron” distance – 1.9 kilometers of swimming, 90 kilometers of cycling and 21.1 kilometers of running – e.), he was very inspire by it and found for the running coach’s company. As a coach, Oleksandr is unsurpasse: he has a personal approach to everyone, he knows how to motivate. One day my colleague calle me to these trainings – that’s how I starte running. Now it’s also team cycling, swimming, crossfit and obstacle courses.

I have two group training

I am focusing on cycling training

Closer to the competition – according to the training plan. I don’t sleep much – 6-8 hours, but I try to make it 8. For me, sport is like meitation , it helps a lot in AERO Leads work. Often the decline in strength and depression is cause by the “groundhog day”: I woke up, went to work, came back from work, fell asleep. Many people live in this mode. At the end of the week, I dream of a weekend to get on the bike and think about nothing but cadence (the number of peal revolutions in 1 minute — e.) and average spee for 5-6 hours.
