First, at the second arrow in the above picture, set the privacy settings for the video. There are four options:
Public : Anyone can see your uploaded video, it can be shown as a recommended video and will be listed in the Videos section of your YouTube Channel.
Unlisted : Only people with the video link can see this video, and you can share the link with anyone, even those who don’t have a YouTube account/username . Videos set to Unlisted will not appear in YouTube recommendations or YouTube search results. When someone clicks on the Videos section in your YouTube Channel, they will also not see this video. This means that anyone can see this video, but only if they guess the link!

Private : This video is only visible to you and the viewers you choose
Private videos will not appear in Youtube search results and on your Youtube Channel.
Scheduled : This privacy setting allows you to upload a video now and set a user – visible date for the video, before which users will not be able to see the video.

Youtube supports video formats: .mov, .mpeg, .mp4, .avi, .wmv, .mpegps, .flv, WebM, and 3GPP
Recommended Youtube video sizes: 240p (426 x 240, small), 360p (640 x 360), 480p (854 x 480), 720p (1280 x 720), 1080p (1920 x 1080), 1440p (2560 x 1440), 2160p (3840 x 2160, large)
4. Next, enter the video upload progress interface.
The red arrow shows the upload progress of the video.
The circle contains basic information about the video, including Title (important), Description and Tags.

If you don’t like them, you can click Custom thumbnail to upload a new picture as a thumbnail.

After all settings are completed, click the blue button Publish in the upper right corner of the interface to complete the video release.
5. After the video is successfully published, you can see the following interface:

First, under the Share option, you can get the video address, and click the Facebook, Twitter, etc. button to share the link directly to your social platform.
Click “Embed” and you can get the website embed code for the video
Click Email, enter the user’s email address, and share the video directly with the other party.
