First immersion in Japan

Going and living in Japan is an idea or a dream that we could have, today I am going to share my experiences through articles that I will publish regularly in this section. In this article I will tell you about my first immersion in a few key words: onigiri, Japanese efficiency and transport!
Testimonial – A year of stay in Japan, an experience that I will never regret
And here I am leaving for Japan, I took the German company Lufthansa, departure from Marseille, stopover in Frankfurt then direct to Osaka (second star on the right and straight on until the morning…^^). It’s starting, Japan is getting closer, no apprehension but full of questions, what will it be like? I have never been there and here I am embarking on a year of living there, I will know later that I will never regret it .

Onigiri, a popular food in Japan that I tasted on the plane before landing in Japan.

First steps towards Japanese culture on the plane, it’s “open bar” on Onigiri, these rice balls stuffed with all kinds (tuna, salmon….. nattô (watch out)…..), my favorite , tuna-mayonnaise, I’m going to stop later to Aero Leads buy these little snacks in the combini ! First steps because before you can enjoy these delicious dishes, you have to learn how to open the package …and there’s no need to be an engineer but you still have to know the trick, let’s not forget that the Japanese are the kings of packaging and all packaging, the result of a long reflection, must be found between the practical and the aesthetic, pure design therefore! Except that when we don’t know we look a little stupid for a few seconds…

At immigration control, we feel the Japanese sense of service and organizational efficiency.

Before leaving the airport, I of course have to go to immigration control, I queue and in front of me there are several booths through which we have to pass with our papers. Australian number data And in the middle, a slightly plump gentleman so the job is to go back and forth between the cabins and the queue running to accompany each person to a free cabin, incredible, I had never seen someone take their mission as much at heart , he runs, arrives towards you, bends down while paying his respects , asks you to follow him, runs a little to arrive before you, asks you to come forward, thanks you while bending down and leaves immediately towards the next person . Japan !
