Some tasks that I will be forced to outsource within the next few weeks. I was recently commenting on it in a post. It is not always the things you do but the things you stop doing that are relevant to your success as an entrepreneur. In my case I have realized that there are still things I do that I shouldn’t.
Purchase and search for new products
Purchase and search for new products This part certainly amuses me but it is more complicated to email leads outsource than I thought. In theory I need a person who does nothing else all day long. Here I have to keep searching to find a suitable person. In theory it would even make sense to have more than one person dedicated to this topic.
Shipping preparation
Shipping preparation Practically every day I continue to prepare shipments for Amazon. At Christmas I think I got even more AERO Leads out of Germany than my team got out of Spain. It’s not my team’s fault but the fact that there was better access to products for resale here. I need a small structure in Germany that can take care of shipping. This is something I can’t let go for much longer.
